Fela Durotoye is a renowned values-driven leadership expert, executive coach, and nation builder with over 32 years of experience. As the Founder and CEO of The GEMSTONE Group, he leads multiple initiatives focused on leadership development. An official member of the Forbes Coaches Council, Fela has worked with top-tier clients including major banks, multinational corporations, and government entities across Africa.
He is the architect of the Values Infusion Program and The GEMSTONE Personal Creed, which has inspired over a million people to commit to leadership and excellence. Fela is also known for landmark projects like the Mushin Makeover Project, one of Africa’s largest urban renewal efforts. An alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University, he has also completed executive programs at Harvard and Yale Universities.
Married to Tara Fela-Durotoye, founder of House of Tara International, Fela is dedicated to building leaders, organizations, and families for lasting impact.
Bukola Smith is an accomplished banking leader with over 30 years of experience and the CEO of FSDH Merchant Bank Ltd. She is an expert in strategy, innovation, and commercial leadership. Prior to her current role, she was Executive Director of Business Development at First City Monument Bank (FCMB), where she pioneered the SheVentures initiative to support female entrepreneurs.
A passionate advocate for the female economy, she established the Women in Business Initiative (WIBI) at FSDH. She is an Honorary Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a Fellow of ICAN. She holds an MBA from the University of Manchester and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Her leadership is guided by the principles of Accountability, Integrity, and Resilience. She currently chairs the Bankers Committee Ethics & Professionalism sub-committee and sits on the boards of several non-profits, dedicating time to mentoring young women and children.
Seyi Oladimeji is the Chief Responsibility Officer (CRO) of Church Management Consult, a seasoned administrator with over 20 years of experience in church administration and 12 years as a pastor. A member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Administration, he holds an MBA in Human Resources Management.
He is a Certified Church Consultant and President of the Church Administrators Society of Nigeria (CASON), which partners with Babcock University to offer Africa’s first executive Diploma in Church Administration. A faculty member at Daystar Leadership Academy, he is an authority on project management, negotiation, and organizational restructuring.
A renowned conference speaker and author of bestselling books on church management, he advocates for professionally run organizations guided by biblical principles. He is married to Mojisola, a hospitality professional, and they have a son.
