Oluwatomi Vincent

VINCENT is the Managing Partner of Ivory Solicitors Maryland, Lagos, Nigeria. He is a Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Nigeria with several legal victories in his kitty both as a Barrister and Solicitor with expertise in the Laws of Incorporated Trustees, Business Entities’, Legal Compliance and Risk Management.  

In addition to a Bachelor of Law Degree from Obafemi Awolowo University Ife, Tomi holds a Masters of Law Degree in Commercial Law  and another Masters Degree in Conflict Management both from University of Lagos. He also holds an Advanced Diploma in Commercial Law and Practice; (Lagos) and a Certificate in Media Enterprise from the prestigious School of Media & Communication of Pan Atlantic University, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos.

He is an Associate Member respectively of the Nigeria Institute of Management and the Chartered Institute of Taxation Nigeria and a member of Chartered Institute of Administrators of Nigeria

He has also attended many professional and management courses both locally and abroad inclusive of Spain, United States of America, South Africa, United Arab Emiratea, Israel etc

He is also an alumnus respectively of Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies and Daystar Leadership Academy.

He teaches Law & Ethics at the prestigious School of Media & Communication (SMC) Pan Atlantic University, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos. He is also respectively a member of Faculty of Daystar Leadership Academy (DLA) and Church Management Consult (CMC).

He is a long standing Legal Advisor to notable Ministries & Ministers both locally & internationally on the issues of Law & Ministry in Nigeria. He is regarded by many, on account of his Christian ministry inspired deep understanding of law, as an authoritative voice on Legal Issues in Ministry.  He is also a member of the Steering Committee for the founding of Church Financial Accounbility Association CFAA Nigeria

He currently is the Director of Legal Affairs /Legal Adviser respectively  to the Lagos State Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) as well the  Legal Adviser to Lagos state chapter and The South-West Zone of  Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria(PFN)

He is also on the Pastoral Board of Kingsway International Christian Centre (KICC) Maryland Lagos Nigeria.

He is the coordinator of Legal Side of Ministry (LSM) Network, an organization dedicated to helping the Christian clergy manage Compliance & Legal Risks. He has authored several books and articles, one of which is Registration of Ministries & NGOs in Nigeria.
